Withdrawals must be over €25 or currency equivalent.
SEPA bank transfers will be charged a 30 EUR fee & international bank transfers will be charged a 40 EUR fee.
For Canadian customers withdrawals are available via ecoPayz and Interac E-transfer.
For Australian customers withdrawals are only available via Crypto wallet.

The Withdrawal Process
Stage 1. Request a withdrawal
Quite simply log in and visit This Page, select the amount you wish to withdraw and by which withdrawal method. We will email you to confirm the request has been successful.
Your withdrawal is now in our pending withdrawals queue.
Stage 2. Account KYC and Gameplay Validation
If your account hasn’t already been verified (KYC) you will be asked to complete our verification procedure. Your account only needs to be verified once.
At this stage your account is scanned for suspicious or unusual transactions and betting patterns, so no need to worry about this if you only use our service for legitimate entertainment.
Stage 3. Withdrawal Processing
Once your account is validated and your account activity is confirmed non-suspicious your withdrawal is processed, this means the funds leave our banking system.
You will receive an email letting you know your withdrawal has been processed successfully.
Stage 4. You Receive Your Money
The time between your withdrawal being processed and you receiving the money will vary depending on the withdrawal method you use and which bank your account is held with. In general bank transfer withdrawals will appear in your account within 3-10 working days. E-wallet withdrawals are virtually instant.
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT+1, excluding Maltese bank holidays. If your withdrawal is requested after 3:30pm the processing time will begin on the following working day.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is your responsibility to provide the correct information when requesting a withdrawal, incorrect information will lead to delays in you receiving your money, so please double check.
Should your withdrawal be delayed at any stage we will inform you of the delay and the reasons for the delay as soon as we are made aware of it.
